Construction was already in Henry Justin’s DNA having spent years working with his team of contractors on complete office build outs on over 300 unique offices.

During, Henry Justin’s foray into residential luxury real estate, it was decided from the outset that the only way to succeed was to strip away the traditional layers of a project and be the one who ran the entire job A-Z. This would afford Henry the control he sought and prevented the unnecessary  from carrying out Henry’s vision. Henry always maintained that to minimize chaos would be to handle as much of the job’s intricate details or deserve all that came to you.

Employing his own construction team of professionals from a Project Manager to oversee the entire job and a Construction Manager to oversee his own team, Henry Justin surrounded himself with talent that would construct to the exact standards he set for himself.
